Infrastructure
The company has a manufacturing unit in Moradabad and Delhi (India) equipped with an in-house Brass and Aluminium casting facility, and proper facilities for Stainless Steel fabrication with high-quality machines.
In-house die making facility for Sheet working and heavy-duty Hydraulic Press and Spinning Machines for accuracy in Stainless Steel working are also available.
Polishing
Polishing enhances the natural brilliance of silver and other metals by removing tarnish, dullness, and surface marks to achieve a smooth, mirror-like finish. Each article is carefully treated with specialised techniques: first, the surface is gently cleaned to remove dust and impurities; next, tarnish is lifted using fine-grade polishing compounds; finally, the item is buffed to reveal its true luster.
Whether it’s silverware, brass décor, copper antiques, or stainless steel pieces, polishing not only highlights beauty but also protects the metal, ensuring long-lasting shine and timeless elegance.
Lacquering Plant
Lacquering plants for silver articles and other metals are designed to provide a protective transparent coating that preserves their natural brilliance and prevents tarnishing. This process creates an invisible shield over trays, bowls, cutlery, and decorative pieces, ensuring they retain their shine without frequent polishing.
Powder Coating Plants
Powder coating plants are designed to provide a durable, protective, and elegant finish that enhances both beauty and longevity. Unlike traditional polishing, powder coating creates a uniform layer that resists scratches, tarnish, and corrosion, ensuring articles maintain their shine for years.
Casting
Casting for silver articles and other metals are specialised system used to coat items with a fine layer of silver, enhancing both their beauty and durability. This process restores the original luster of trays, bowls, cutlery, and decorative pieces while also improving resistance to wear and tarnish.
Packaging
The company has two floors of packaging facilities to inspect and pack the final merchandise. There is a workforce of 180 skilled and semi-skilled workers to pack the goods and ensure safe and sound delivery of the products.
There is a team of QC staff that works under the GM (QA) to ensure the quality of goods being packed for final delivery.
